Warehouse Associate and Driver

Overview

Since 1986, Advanced Refrigeration & Air has been a leader in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Based in Orlando, Florida, our family-owned company operates across five locations in the state. For 40 years, we have provided top-tier service to grocery retailers, restaurants, and businesses throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

• Assist with retrieving, packaging, and delivering parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, with concentration on the inventory areas.
• Deliver materials and parts to job sites – a company truck will be provided for work use.
• Inventory management – organizing and inventory counts.
• Participation in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment, including forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and scissor lift.
• Ability to navigate basic computer systems to perform data entry accurately.

• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work on-call and rotating shifts.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Clean driving record is required, and valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, different temperatures, etc.).
• Ability to safely operate forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including email, data entry, and file management.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software quickly.

• Warehouse: 3 years (Required)
• Inventory management: 2 years (Required)
