Job Description Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:

Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in developing and executing business plans.

A degree in business, economics, or a related field.
