La risorsa, dopo adeguato periodo di affiancamento, si occuperà di:
gestione telefonica e digitale del primo contatto con il cliente
supporto alle attività commerciali
presa appuntamenti e recall clienti
aggiornamento database CRM
Fondamentale orientamento al cliente, buone doti comunicative e propensione al lavoro in team.
Bonus e incentivazioni al raggiungimento dei KPI assegnati
