Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord zoekt een proactieve managementassistent voor Bedrijfsvoering. Je beheert de agenda’s van de manager en afdelingshoofden, bereidt MT-vergaderingen voor en notuleert, en ondersteunt bij onboarding en diverse secretariële taken.
Je combineert zelfstandigheid met discreet omgaan met informatie, hebt mbo-4 niveau en 3‑5 jaar relevante ervaring, en je werkt 18–20 uur per week op locatie, met flexibele verdeling van uren.
