Then the role of team manager logistics in our e-commerce distribution centre in Venlo is something for you!

Your job?

As a logistics team manager, you are responsible for a specific part of our operation, for example the entire inbound or outbound process. Your goal? Maximise efficiency, reduce costs and guarantee the best possible purchasing experience for our customers.

What are you going to do?

  • Leading a team of 50-70 employees and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • You recruit and guide your employees and discuss their development with them.
  • With involvement and enthusiasm, you create a pleasant, collegial workingatmosphere. Thanks to you, your employees get the best out of themselves and customers receive their orders on time.
  • Ensuring a positive working environment and effective collaboration between departments.
  • Analyse and optimise logistics processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Responsible for adhering to safety procedures and creating a safe working environment.
  • Interact with internal departments such as Transport, Disposition and IT and act as a point of contact for colleagues at our head office in Neckarsulm.
Wie ben jij?

  • You have at least completed an MBO (level
    4)/HBO education and at least 3 years of work experience in an e-Commerce or Logistics environment.
  • Experience in one or more of the following domains:
    Inbound, Outbound, IBT, Process or managing an automated process.
  • Good communication and numerical skills
  • You are a good organiser and your team perceives you as reliable.
  • You have knowledge of English and German.
  • You have experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM is a plus!
  • Flexibility: you have no problem working evenings, nights and weekends.
