Je bent zichtbaar, toegankelijk leider met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en je draagt zorg voor HR- en inzetbaarheidsbeleid.
Je rapporteert aan de Concessiemanager Bus en werkt samen met HR, planners en technici.
