Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Prepare various journal entries, account reconciliation and research as required to ensure accurate general ledger information.
- Process and reconcile weekly settlements with shippers
- Maintain budgets and provide Actual vs. Budget reports.
- Report on Fixed Assets
- Prepare bank account reconciliations for multi-companies.
- Assist with preparing financial reports for operational review, including year-end tax projections.
- Experience with Datatech a plus
