Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant to join a growing tax team supporting domestic and international tax compliance, sales and use tax reporting, property tax filings, and tax-related financial reporting activities.

• Prepare federal, state, and international income tax returns and supporting work papers.
• Calculate and prepare tax payments and related filings.
• Utilize One Source software to prepare and file income tax returns.
• Support tax provision and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare monthly sales and use tax returns and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve tax calculation discrepancies.
• Support testing and implementation of tax and finance system enhancements.
• Perform fixed asset reviews and tax-related reconciliations.
• Calculate tax depreciation and prepare property tax filings.
• Conduct cost segregation analyses to support proper asset classification and tax treatment.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset tax records.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate tax or public accounting experience.
• Experience with federal and state income tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of sales and use tax concepts.
• Exposure to ASC 740
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivots, and data analysis.
• Experience with One Source, D365, Power BI, TM1, Vertex, and/or BNA Fixed Asset Software.
