OverviewWe are looking for a part-time Collections Assistant to support our team with outbound collection calls and basic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, and has solid basic computer skills.
Responsibilities- Make outbound collection calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Record and update account information accurately
- Follow up on past-due accounts and document call outcomes
- Assist with basic data entry and general clerical tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service while working to resolve outstanding balances
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, navigating software)
- Ability to stay organized and manage follow-up tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
