Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, part of Therapy Partners Group, is hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Ventura location. The role requires welcoming patients, coordinating schedules, and maintaining HIPAA compliance, with a Monday–Thursday 10:00am–6:30pm and Friday 8:00am–4:30pm shift.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with a practice management system, and excellent customer service.
