Job Summary
A mission-driven nonprofit organization in Ventura is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, organized, and confidential administrative professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys supporting senior leaders in a collaborative, purpose-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive administrative support to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors.
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, agendas, meeting materials, board packets, and follow-up documentation.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and confidential documents.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, communications, and administrative priorities for senior leadership.
- Support special projects, executive communications, event coordination, and cross-functional administrative initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational, leadership, board, and operational information.
- Compensation: $24.04 to $28.85 per hour, depending on experience.
