Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness in Ventura is hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist to cover our Ventura clinics at Main Street & Loma Vista Rd. The role starts at $20 per hour and requires bilingual English and Spanish.
You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule initial evaluations and follow-up visits, and uphold HIPAA policies. Strong Office software skills (Microsoft Office) and experience with Raintree PMS are preferred; previous front-office work in PT is a plus.
