Qualifications & SkillsRequire postsecondary education in engineering, construction management, or related fields, with 15+ years of construction experience. Preferred experience includes 2–5 years as a construction manager and estimating experience. Must have expert knowledge of safety, codes, and construction laws, with proven leadership in managing multiple project facets, trade performance, and risk mitigation. Strong skills in project coordination, cost control, and stakeholder engagement are essential.
