Customer Service Representative

Pride Staff is partnering with a well-established service provider in Ventura County to find a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team with long-term potential and strong benefits upon hire.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Assist customers with questions and service bookings
• Coordinate, dispatch, and debrief field technicians
• Order parts and support daily operations
• Maintain organized and accurate office records

• Customer service or dispatching experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable with data entry and computer systems
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Full-time with occasional weekend shifts

• Competitive starting pay at $22+/hour DOE
