Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store; engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and sell parts and services;
Manage work orders and register transactions and maintain thorough vehicle inspections and knowledge of parts and services;
Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering under management;
Follow policies related to cash, credit, checks, refunds and returns; address customer service issues and opportunities;
Conduct express automotive services (tire mounting, balancing, rotations, oil changes, etc.) and ensure safety procedures and standard operating procedures are followed
