Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative
Ohana Pet Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi‑tasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail‑oriented, excellent at multi‑tasking, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment.
This is a flexible, full‑time or part‑time position, with a 5/8 or 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday‑Saturday (Saturdays required).
Compensation and Benefits- Compensation: $20–23 per hour, for each hour worked*

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client‑facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare‑related front‑desk experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Strong Communicator – You’re confident and compassionate when speaking with clients, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, and you help build trust in the team.
- Highly Organized – You keep schedules, records, and client interactions running seamlessly, even in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
- Client‑Focused Problem Solver – You anticipate client needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and create positive, welcoming experiences every time.
