• Promote programs to members and participants
• Plan and deliver educational group classes
• Instruct classes in accordance with standards and best practices of the format
• Record participant counts, distribute and collect program evaluations
• Maintain minimum class attendance standard

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required certifications:
  Nationally Recognized Group Exercise Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NETA, AFAA) and/or specialized format certification (Silver Sneakers, Zumba, Les Mills, etc.)
• Previous work experience in related role preferred
• Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire
• Complete all required Branch and Position specific trainings as required within two weeks of hire
• Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance
