For a Middle School Science Teacher a candidate can have a science authorization in any of the science areas OR Single Subject Teaching Credential
- Foundational-Level General Science with English Learner Authorization OR Supplementary Authorization
- Introductory Science.
- Copy of Transcript (Copy of all transcripts reflecting bachelor's degree)
- Credential Copy (A copy of your teaching credential)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation - letters must be dated within the last 12 months)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST/CSET and/or Praxis Test Scores)
- Single Subject Teaching Credential
- Biological Sciences (Specialized) OR Single Subject Teaching Credential
- Chemistry (Specialized) OR Single Subject Teaching Credential
- Geoscience (Specialized) OR Single Subject Teaching Credential
- Physics (Specialized)
