Overview

Regional Sales Manager – Technical Sales — South Ventura County. Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 annually. Full-time | Up to 50% travel. Engineering degree required (BSEE, BSME, BSCE, or related).

Join Our Team! We’re seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager – Technical Sales to help grow our business and deliver innovative motion control solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales reps, engineering, and production teams to integrate our client’s products into cutting-edge solutions. This position offers a dynamic mix of technical sales, project management, and customer interaction—both virtual and in-person.

• Develop and grow sales in your territory, managing outside reps and distributors
• Drive projects from prototype through production, collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality
• Deliver technical support, product training, and solution development for customers and partners
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to internal teams and leadership
• Use tools such as Outlook, Teams, Office 365, and manufacturing software effectively

• BSEE, BSME, BSCE, or related engineering degree (required)
• Regional Sales Manager or technical sales experience (preferred)
• Background in motion control or mechatronics (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong team player with project management abilities
