Role Overview

As a Field Project Manager, you will lead a field team, conduct career‑development trainings, safeguard site safety, and maintain required certifications. Compensation ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day management of field compliance regarding the LDAR and safety programs.
  • Promote a positive work and team environment.
  • Lead weekly safety toolbox talks.
  • Manage and maintain required PPE, supplies, and equipment while assisting field personnel.
  • Perform and review documentation of calibrations, calibration‑precision, response‑time tests, and drift checks of monitoring instruments.
  • Prepare field reports as required.
Required Expertise and Skills
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry; preference for candidates with natural gas processing or transmission facility experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of LDAR hardware and tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Android OS.
  • Willingness to work 12‑hour days.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience in hydrocarbon detection, measurement, LDAR, instrumentation, stack emission testing, or a mechanical background.
  • Experience leading a team.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Walk or stand while handling/carrying technical equipment for extended periods.
  • Occasional work at heights in a safe manner.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Climb ladders and stairs.
  • Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
  • Pass a respirator fit test.
  • Standby and on‑call duty may be required; respond to the facility within one hour.
  • Work a 4/10 schedule.
