Electrical Engineering Technician I​/II​/III

• Provide technical engineering support and project management for Ventura production facility.
• Create drawings that comply with industry standards, safety regulations, customer templates, and design specifications.
• Assist in managing project deliverables, approvals, and resubmittals.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to design, implement, and commission projects.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing projects or new systems.
• Proficient use of tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Interact with M&C Production Manager and Assembly Technicians to support Ventura manufacturing and documentation operations.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal colleagues and external customer/supplier representatives.
• Occasional travel to customer facilities for commissioning assistance and troubleshooting may be required.
• Climb ladders, stairs, and customer structures safely, at substantial heights above grade, and should not be afraid of heights.

Education Required:

Associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology, computer engineering technology, or equivalent from an ABET accredited program.

Experience Levels:

• Engineering Technician I: no relevant experience.
• Engineering Technician II: 2 years relevant experience.
• Engineering Technician III: 5 years relevant experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS.
