The role and primary responsibility of the door greeter / security personnel is to protect people and property for Discovery Ventura by preventing an offense/incident before it occurs. If an offense/incident occurs, the crew member's primary responsibility is to observe and report.
Requirements- Clock-in and out on Micros system as directed by management
- Take breaks as required by California law
- To directly assist fellow crew members in transport all soiled plate ware, glassware throughout the facility.
- To perform all daily duties, as assigned.
- To assist greet guests by opening the door, showing the facility and bidding farewell.
- To work as a team and assist throughout the evening.
- The uniform is black rubber soled shoes, black socks, black wool or polyester-cotton blendpants (No cotton or wrinkled pants), pressed dress shirt.
- To attend all pre-meal meeting and training sessions as scheduled.
- To always be friendly and courteous to the guests at all times.
