Position

Summary

As an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Hybrid Mid‑Level Supervisor, you will design and implement individualized ABA programs in collaboration with a BCBA, ensuring alignment with clients’ unique needs and goals. You will also provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and related methodologies, ensuring implementation of client goals and objectives through lesson plans and data collection during each session under BCBA supervision.

What You’ll Do
  • Implement ABA and related therapies to clients as outlined in individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct data collection throughout sessions to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Join all scheduled Mid‑Level Supervisor trainings.
  • Collaborate with BCBA to design, modify, and implement ABA programs tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
  • Regularly review and update behavior intervention plans based on data analysis and progress monitoring.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, graphing, and interpretation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients’ families by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and guiding skill generalization into daily routines.
  • Coordinate team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to facilitate ongoing professional development of behavior technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Knowledge And Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience providing ABA intervention services.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset; excel at collecting and analyzing data to track client progress.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and diversity, thriving in inclusive environments.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to ensure efficient service delivery, including session scheduling, material preparation, and documentation.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods during therapy sessions.
  • Capacity to bend, stoop, kneel, and physically engage with clients as needed.
  • Visual and auditory acuity to observe and respond to client behaviors accurately.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
Compensation And Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
