Compensation

Salary Range: $49.63 - $69.09 / hour.

The pay range represents the lowest possible rate to the highest. Newly hired employees will be placed in the range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees. Most hires fall below the midpoint.

Responsibilities

As a senior member of the Information Systems team, the Reporting Analyst III provides robust analytics solutions and complex, customized reporting strategies across the application portfolio, primarily focusing on Epic and integrated third‑party applications. The role involves complex reporting support, data validation, data visualization, and support of business decision‑making. The Reporting Analyst III plays a contributory role in the establishment and maintenance of data governance and enterprise analytics.

Functions

Lead contributor to the enterprise customization strategy for Epic reporting and analytics.

Manage complex, custom reporting solutions across Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle, and visualization platforms.

Define, inform, and maintain data governance standards and reporting best practices.

Develop and oversee KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.

Serve as an escalation point for high‑complexity analytics and data integrity issues.

Partner with leadership, IT governance, and data owners to ensure consistency and compliance.

Serve as a technical mentor and escalation point for Tier I and II analytics.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Five (5) years of Healthcare Information Technology experience
Three (3) years of healthcare clinical and/or revenue cycle reporting experience
Two (2) years of experience as a team lead
ITIL Foundation certification or obtainment within six (6) months of hire
Epic Cogito certification or accreditation
Epic Clarity certification or accreditation
Epic Caboodle certification or accreditation

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree
Advanced SQL proficiency
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
Experience in Microsoft Office 365
Experience leading executive‑level or governance committees
