Compensation
Salary Range: $49.63 - $69.09 / hour.
The pay range represents the lowest possible rate to the highest. Newly hired employees will be placed in the range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees. Most hires fall below the midpoint.
ResponsibilitiesAs a senior member of the Information Systems team, the Reporting Analyst III provides robust analytics solutions and complex, customized reporting strategies across the application portfolio, primarily focusing on Epic and integrated third‑party applications. The role involves complex reporting support, data validation, data visualization, and support of business decision‑making. The Reporting Analyst III plays a contributory role in the establishment and maintenance of data governance and enterprise analytics.
EssentialFunctions
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Five (5) years of Healthcare Information Technology experience
- Three (3) years of healthcare clinical and/or revenue cycle reporting experience
- Two (2) years of experience as a team lead
- ITIL Foundation certification or obtainment within six (6) months of hire
- Epic Cogito certification or accreditation
- Epic Clarity certification or accreditation
- Epic Caboodle certification or accreditation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience leading executive‑level or governance committees
