We are looking for an Apparel Production Associate Manager to support the planning and execution of premium and custom apparel manufacturing in Ventura, California. Responsibilities:

• Direct daily production planning for specialty and high-end apparel programs, ensuring milestones are met from development through completion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to organize workflows, resolve scheduling conflicts, and keep manufacturing activities on track.
• Establish and uphold product quality checkpoints to maintain consistency, craftsmanship, and brand expectations.
• Oversee material and finished goods inventory to support uninterrupted production and accurate stock availability.
• Track production spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help maintain performance within approved budgets.
• Ensure manufacturing practices follow applicable regulations, internal policies, and required compliance standards.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders involved in apparel production and delivery.
