Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the assigned service area. The RN will perform patient assessments, develop and update the Plan of Care, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, and have CPR certification.
