Compensation:
Base + commission (negotiable based on experience)

• The primary focus of this position is selling Fleetwood Windows Doors products.
• Provide consultations, accurate estimates, and detailed proposals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Partner with project coordinators and installers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated sales experience with Fleetwood Windows Doors (required)
• Established relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, and builders.
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage sales from bid through closing.
• Proven, hands‑on experience specifically with Fleetwood products is required; experience with other high‑end glass and glazing systems is a strong plus and can expand the role.

• Competitive base pay plus commission on sales.
