Business Development Representative | Ventura, CA | $115K-$200K+ Earning Potential

I'm partnering with a growing telecommunications solutions provider seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth and expand market share throughout North America.

Compensation: $115,000 - $200,000+ annually (base salary + uncapped commission)

Ventura County, CA (Onsite)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, Linked In outreach, referrals, and cold calling
• Build relationships with purchasing managers, engineers, project managers, and executive decision-makers
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close new business
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

• 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or inside sales experience
• Proven track record of generating new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or technical sales experience is a plus
