Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or supervisors;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with visitor direction, badge and credential verification, and/or communication support for security-related incidents;
Support a professional environment by following post orders, maintaining detailed activity logs, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership
