Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a government healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying authorization, documenting visitor information, and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders.;
Prepare accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site personnel.
