Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to manage foot traffic, and report suspicious behavior;
Complete incident reports and daily activity documentation, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and client contacts
