Security Response Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Flexible Availability:
  Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require.
• High school education or equivalent (GED) required.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training required; training can be obtained during hiring.
• Support is offered for obtaining California Guard Card license if needed.

• Hourly Wage: $26 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).
