Security Officer Ventura

Responsibilities and Duties

• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Monitors access control and checkpoints.
• Monitors entrance of property through surveillance.
• Identifies visitors and requests appropriate documents.
• Identifies potential security risks and notifies all appropriate supervisors.
• Maintains a written log of all daily activities per shift.

Full-Time and/or Part-Time

Various Shifts

Valid permanent California Guard Card.

• Be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age required by the State.
• Must have a valid permanent California Guard Card.
• Should possess strong English communication abilities, both written and oral.
• Should be responsible, flexible, and dependable.
• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Project a positive and confident professional image.
• Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position.
• Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Must be drug free.
