Security Officer PT Hospital

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and public areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or hazards according to post orders;
Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with de-escalation during routine interactions and/or high-traffic periods
