Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.53 / Hour

• Tuesday: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Saturday: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sunday: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and customer assistance practices at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and public emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, document security‑related concerns, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to post procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic during incidents, and complete required logs, reports, and other security‑related documentation.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
