Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, document security-related concerns, and report observations, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post procedures;
Assist with emergency response activities, provide directions and information, and support order at the location while maintaining a professional presence
