Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and address questions or concerns in a professional manner.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site and Allied Universal channels.;
Support public-facing operations by assisting with directions, observing for hazards or suspicious behavior, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
