Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, way finding, and adherence to facility entry procedures.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to hospital personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
