Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directing individuals to appropriate areas while maintaining a courteous and professional presence.;
Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and/or service needs to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
