Maintenance Technician – Universe Living
Seeking experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain property safety, appearance, and function.
Key Duties:- Complete daily work orders & emergency maintenance.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs.
- Inspect property, report issues, and follow safety protocols.
- 3–5 years maintenance experience; HVAC cert a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; operate tools/equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills.
