Internship Opportunity
This is for court reporting students who are in need of internship, to fulfill the school's requirement and also in preparation to take the state certification exam.
Transcribe or voice write court hearings, for the purpose of fulfilling internship requirement to graduate from court reporting school, and also to improve speed and accuracy. Report to courtroom when scheduled or coordinated with the court reporting office. Maintain positive, effective and professional relationship with everyone encountered in the workplace.
Must be enrolled in a court reporting school and transcribing at 180 wpm or better. Ability to transcribe or voice-write court hearings, next to an official court reporter. Ability to follow directions. Ability to adhere to the court's protocol when it comes to reporting for internship. Ability to adhere to the court's professional appearance and standards. Ability to demonstrate respect, maintain and promote professional relationship in the workplace.
