The Enterprise Engineering Team is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Sales Cloud platform. You’ll work closely with Sales Ops, Product, and Legal to build scalable solutions that drive revenue efficiency and user experience. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on solving complex business problems using Apex, automation tools, and Salesforce best practices.
Whatyou'll do:
- Own technical design and end‑to‑end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components, LWC components and design patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third‑party platforms.
- Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
- Review and enforce best practices around security, governor limits, and test coverage.
- Lead technical projects across sprint cycles, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
- Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.
- BS degree in an engineering related discipline and 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Proven track record of shipping production‑grade code at scale.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Salesforce CPQ – configuring pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows.
- CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) – integrating legal review and contract processes with Salesforce workflows.
- Agentforce or Salesforce‑native AI tools – building or extending AI assistant tools within Salesforce.
Salary range: $103,200 — $189,200 USD.
The Trade Desk may offer additional compensation including variable incentive awards, stock‑based incentives, and an array of benefits such as comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement contributions; disability coverage; life insurance; tuition reimbursement; parental leave; paid time off; and a robust holiday schedule.
