Come join the Basin Harbor team as we celebrate our 140th year - a milestone we’re honored to celebrate with our cherished community. We have plenty in store, from new experiences and enhancements to time-honored traditions that continue to make this lakeside retreat so special! We are now accepting applications for Banquet and Events Set-up at Basin Harbor! Our Event Set-up team prepares and breaks down the tables, chairs, other furniture, and decor for our group meetings, weddings, luncheons and banquets, including for our outdoor dining groups and events.

Duties include changing linens, cleaning of functions areas (garbage removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc.), inspecting furniture and decor for safety of use, and setting up meeting rooms with proper materials (paper/pens, ice/water, glass/silverware, other amenities).

We are currently seeking full- and part-time, seasonal Banquet and Events Set-up team members to join us for our upcoming summer season from mid‑May through October, 2026.

• Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards
• Prior banquet or events set‑up preferred
• Able to take direction and work in a team environment
• Attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast paced environment
• Ability to remember and follow bar and beverage procedures
• A clean, well kept, professional appearance
• Shift work may be long and varied, including evening and weekends, required full‑shift walking and standing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout shift
• Basin Harbor conducts pre‑employment criminal background and reference checks on all employees
