12V Wiring Installer
Job Summary
- Installs and repairs wiring and electrical fixtures.
- Installs 12v wiring into new boats.
- Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical components.
- Splices wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps.
- Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
- Connects power cables to equipment.
- Tests continuity to ensure electrical compatibility and of components.
- Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to detect need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.
- Repairs faulty equipment or systems.

- Education:
Experience with 12v wiring required - Experience:
1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Troubleshooting

- Critical thinking
