University Housing is seeking a qualified candidate for the 12 month Senior Administrative Assistant position. The primary job responsibilities of this position include supervising student staff, processing payroll documents for over 100 department employees, coordinating with campus partners, managing housing email inbox, preparing and processing travel paperwork, and organizing data in Microsoft Excel, Star Rez housing database, Banner and Blackboard.
This position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, & Outlook), a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Knowledge of Star Rez, Banner and USD policies and procedures is highly preferred.
