Automotive Service Advisor

Superior Automotive is a locally owned full-service auto repair shop with locations in Eagan, St Paul, and Apple Valley, Minnesota. We have been serving the metro area since 1982 and have built a strong reputation for quality, honest car care.

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team and help create outstanding customer experiences every day. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and sales skills, a solid understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for helping customers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our customers and technicians—driving trust, efficiency, and top-tier service from start to finish.

• Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair practices
• Strong focus on Sales, Customer Service, and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedule appointments effectively
• Proficiency in using service management software is a plus
• Previous experience in an automotive service setting is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in automotive services or customer relations are a plus
