Qlarant is seeking Data Surveyors for the IDD program to conduct National Core Indicators surveys with individuals receiving HCBS services in South Dakota. This subcontractor role supports statewide quality improvement by gathering participant-centered data.
Surveyors must reside in or near Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Pierre, Aberdeen, or Brookings/Huron and travel across the state as needed. You will conduct in-person, telephonic, and virtual surveys, ensure data accuracy, and protect participant
