Bank of America is hiring a Front‑Desk Associate to engage clients in the lobby and assist with self‑service banking transactions, including mobile, online, and ATM banking.
Position OverviewThis position is open for the entire market. The specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If hired, you will train at one financial center and may be reassigned to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Handle cash responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
- Collaborates effectively, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).

- Adheres to established processes and guidelines, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).

Schedule and CompensationShift: 1st shift (United States)
Hours per week: 40
Pay: $25.00 – $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
