Overview

USD Facilities Management is seeking a qualified Building Maintenance Specialist. This position will be responsible for off-hours maintenance of USD HVAC systems and general response for service across all of campus. General HVAC duties will include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems, steam boiler operations and performance monitoring during the heating season. This position will be responsible for urgent response on campus after regular business hours, with a varying degree of skill required.

Previous experience with commercial HVAC / boiler operations and maintenance is preferred. Working hours for this position are Saturday – Wednesday 3:30pm – 12:00am.
