Product Support Technician

Masaba Inc is seeking a Product Support Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain custom aggregate, mining, and recycling equipment. You will respond to product issues, diagnose mechanical and basic electrical/hydraulic problems, document service work, and guide customers and internal teams on safe, effective operation. This hands-on role supports conveyors, portable and stationary plants, and material handling systems. You'll collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to resolve recurring issues and improve designs while upholding Masaba's safety, quality, and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Masaba conveyors, plants, and material handling equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, basic electrical, and hydraulic issues in the field and shop
• Provide product and operational support to customers and internal teams
• Document service activities, parts used, and resolutions in support systems
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to resolve recurring equipment issues
• Recommend improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and serviceability
• Train customers and operators on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment
• Follow and promote safety procedures and standards in all service activities
